All members of Varsity 1 are required to attend both rehearsals and performance.

March 19-21, 2010 (Friday-Sunday) Varsity 3 travels to Loyola Marymount University for Guitar Festival
April 15, 2010 (Thursday) NMEA All-State Solo & Ensemble-Command Performance that afternoon at UNLV
May 6, 2010 (Thursday) Senior Guitar Recital 7:00 p.m.- PAC-$7 admission
May 20, 2010 (Thursday) "Seniors' Choice" Guitar Concert 7:00 p.m. Lowden Theater- $7 admission (V1, V2 & V3)
June 16-17, 2010 (Wednesday & Thursday) LVA Summer Guitar Festival featuring 8 workshops and 2 concerts $95 includes lunch both days (limited to 40 participants only) Concerts are at 7:00 p.m. and are open to the public. Concert tickets are available at $10 each.
IN SUMMARY
There are 4 Guitar Concerts scheduled for the following dates: October 16, December 11, March 16 and May 20 each at 7:00 p.m. These concerts will feature all three varsities with the exception of the first one. Varsity 1 members are required to attend and will receive one complimentary ticket. Admission is $7.00 for each concert.
There are 2 Guitar Recitals scheduled for the following dates: November 20 and May 7 each at 7:00 p.m. The November 20 recital will feature outstanding soloists and small ensembles. The May 20 recital is strictly a senior recital. Admission is $7.00 for each recital. All guitar majors are required to attend these two recitals. Guitar majors not performing will receive one complimentary ticket for each event.
Varsity 1 Guitar Ensemble members will perform on November 20, December 11, March 16 and May 20. All other performance dates are required attendance.
